Pathways to wild belonging in a modern world
About us:
Wilder Connections supports people to rekindle their relationship to the natural world and awaken a soulful participation in our collective unfolding. We offer eco-therapeutic pathways to explore ‘wild belonging’ including: immersions, nature-based groups, individual mentoring and customized retreats.
Born out of the threshold moment we face as a global community which includes massive unravelling and immense beauty, Wilder Connections does not shy away from the human experience. We support people to animate connection in their daily lives and remember the wilderness within!
When people feel their innate connection to community, ecology, and inner knowing, they can access the healing and resilience needed to be well in these times and become better stewards of the wider world.
Whether you catch us along the shores of the Humber river at the edge of the hustling city, or deep in the heart of Algonquin park, you’ll find us with camp fire in our hair, dirt under our nails and weaving threads of nature connection, soul work and village building!
Immersions
Even in the middle of the city of Toronto, the natural world is teaming over with conversation. Coyote, maple, red-tailed hawk, skunk cabbage- And yet sometimes, it takes leaving the known world for a while and venturing further from home to access deeper perspectives. Check out our upcoming retreats and workshops here.
Weekly Groups
Fall group: September-November 2025. In a radically accepting space we work together to unmask our authentic expressions. Held by the natural world, participants are invited to engage in practices of belonging to support a sense of connection to meet this changing world.
Mentoring
Drawing on a web of modalities to support connection to nature, community and inner knowing. One-one mentoring sessions are available online and occasionally in person. Find out more below
