Cancellation Policy
We’re holding the very best intention for safe, healthy and full participation in your program. That being said, should there be a cancellation here is how we are able to respond:
Cancelation by host: In case of cancellation by us, we will do everything possible to refund you your entire fee including your deposit.
Cancelation policy and fee schedule for Wild Belonging, Spring 2025:
The remainder of the tuition is due by February 13, 2025.
Should you need to cancel for any reason up until February 20 we are happy to refund your fee (minus the deposit).
Between February 20 and March 13, we will do our best to make refunds if we can fill your spot from the waitlist.
We won't be able to process refunds in the week leading up to the gathering.
At any point if we are able to fill your spot from the waitlist we will refund your deposit- minus a 100$ admin fee
Thank you for your sensitivity and understanding on this one:)
Cancellation due to sickness:
We ask that everyone does their best to stay healthy in the lead up to our gathering as we are unable to process refunds (outside of what’s written above) in the weeks leading up to our gathering. Please don't come if you have a flu-like symptoms (achiness, worsening sore throat, nausea/vomiting) or believe you're coming down with an illness. We trust you to use your best judgement and consideration of others in this matter, i.e., if you're "on the other side" of a cold with non-contagious lingering symptoms.
Due to wanting to provide this limited-space opportunity at as low a rate as possible for folks, we are unable to offer full refunds in weeks prior to the start date of the program, even in the case of illness (see details above). Spaces are difficult to fill in such a short amount of time, even with a waitlist. If you cancel due to illness, we will do the best we can to fill your spot so we can offer a partial refund and/or credit towards a future gathering. Please weigh this in your considerations around committing your investment/attendance.”
